 Since all of our orders are custom made, we are not providing returns/refunds of clothing. We are asking all customers to understand this prior to placing your order. We will ensure that all apparel will arrive in brand new conditions, never worn, and free of defects such as holes and rips. All items will be checked for quality prior to shipment. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask! 

If you are ordering from the available merchandise, it will be shipped out within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays) with tracking provided. If you are requesting a custom order, I ask for patience (5-7 business days) for the completion of the product then will be shipped out within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays) with tracking provided.

We have done all of the post processing to ensure that your dyes are vibrant as possible and are worry free for care! We do recommend that you wash all of our apparel in a delicate cycle for both wash and dry to increase the longevity of the vibrant colors!

So, we love both options for their different effects that they provide! 

Liquid Dyes - Truly the best option for vibrancy, colors can still have beautiful flowing effects. 

Ice Dyes - Create a softer, but still vibrant colors. They create beautiful flowing creations as you would see in watercolor. Ice dyes have specialized dyes that create "splits" of the colors combined. Check out The Ice Dye Splits page to view what we have to offer! 

Unfortunately, no. I will though help create a new and one-of-a-kind piece of art which similar styles and colors may be used. The art of tie dye is about creating beauty of patterns and images that are distinct to that specific piece of work, look at it as a signature. 

The swabs that you viewed on the color available page are called ice dye splits. It is a representation of the capabilities of what colors may appear on your ice dyed apparel. Those swabs were also dyed in the "muck" which creates a darker appearance. I usually do not dye mine in the muck. The color splits are an uncontrollable beauty where some colors may become more dominant than others and vice versa. Please also take into consideration if you pick multiple splitters that color theory come into play! So, at that point you can see even more amazing color combinations!   

Of course! At 3rd Eye Dyes we specialize in providing the customer with 100% Customization for what they are looking for! We offer multiple styles to pick as the base product; from there you get to pick the color schemes and everything else to make it 100% your custom designed apparel! If you're unsure of what you want, you can always give it to me to come up with something amazing!  

We prefer to use USPS for all shipping, which we will offer different options. All orders will have tracking information; insurance options will be available at the customer's request with additional fees.
